Refund policy

Available only within the territory of Ukraine.

Returns are processed through the "Nova Poshta" delivery service within 14 days after purchase.

Upon receipt of the item, our managers inspect it for wear or other damages and refund the funds to the card.

Exchange can be made within 14 days. The item must be in a saleable condition, neatly packaged, without signs of wear or other damages. Additionally, all tags must be present.
